Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.

Our menu showcases our uncompromising focus on creating an exciting culinary experience by serving locally sourced produce, meats and fresh seafood. 

Our Yum Cha menu is available for lunch only. Our A La Carte menu is available for lunch and dinner.
Our $98 and $128 set menus are available for lunch only. Our $198 and $238 set menus are available for both lunch and dinner.

Traditional signature dishes

Showcasing an uncompromising focus on high quality, fresh and locally sourced produce, chefs will take guests on a journey of discovery where traditional Chinese cooking methods fuse with contemporary dishes.

Silks will also offer a stylish and unique culinary spin on Yum Cha with meticulously crafted items like scallop and lemon myrtle dumplings, lobster cheong fung and sea urchin dumplings.

SIGNATURE CHINESE GRANDEUR

Savour unforgettable Cantonese cuisine in one of our beautifully presented private dining spaces, with dedicated personal service. Nine impeccable dining rooms accommodate parties of a minimum of five to a maximum of 12 guests in Silks signature Chinese grandeur. Alternatively, hire an exclusive space for a sit-down or cocktail-style event catering for up to 140 guests.

Designed as a serene oasis within Crown Sydney, Silks merges beautiful Chinese design with an Australian edge - drawing inspiration from the natural colour and beauty of the Blue Mountains, tree ferns, opals and mixed with jade stone.

Booking policy

Please be advised for private dining room reservations, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, contact us at +61 2 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.

The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited. 

Crown Sydney do not accept minors under 16 years old dining without a parent or guardian.

Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us at +612 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided.

For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person. 

Allergies & dietary requests

Due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients, Crown Sydney cannot guarantee completely allergy-free dining experiences.

Guests must advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
