Celebrate the arrival of Spring harbourside and enjoy a limited edition Hendrick’s Gin High Tea. Our mixologists have designed a cocktail or gin pairing highlighting the signature rose and cucumber flavours of Hendrick’s Gin.

With a floral and fruity inspired menu carefully curated by Culinary Director Sarah Briegel, dive into dishes like Hendrick’s Lunar, the Compressed Watermelon Tartlet with goat feta, lime jelly, and mint.

Inspired by seaside flora, discover Hendricks’s Neptunia and Lime Mousse with elderflower and Yuzu tonic gel and gin cured Salmon Gravalax with crème fraiche, salmon roe, lemon gel and blini.

Upgrade your tea to a gin cocktail such as a Basil Smash with Hendrick’s original Gin, Fresh lemon, basil leaves and cucumber or a Grand Cabaret Spritz with Sparkling wine, elderflower liqueur and cucumber.
