We focus on building enduring relationships of trust and respect with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, to lay a solid foundation for making a significant contribution to Closing the Gap in employment.
Providing meaningful employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians is central to reconciliation, and as Crown is a leader in Australia’s growing tourism industry, our Indigenous Program provides one of the best opportunities for our first Australians to begin a long and rewarding career in tourism.
