COVID-19 Safety

Safely welcoming you to Crown Sydney

At Crown Sydney our priority remains keeping our guests, our employees and the community safe. The following measures are in place for your visit:

Enhanced cleaning is implemented across all areas of Crown Sydney with an emphasis on high contact surfaces and frequently used areas.

Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed throughout the Resort including guest and employee entrances and high contact areas.

Guests are required to comply with physical distancing measures in accordance with the NSW Government-mandated public health orders.

Crown has other COVID-19 safety measures in place in line with NSW Government-mandated public health orders made from time to time, which may include the wearing of face masks, entry screening and contact tracing. 

Whilst not mandatory, masks are currently encouraged at Crown Sydney.

If you: are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms; have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or in a named COVID-19 Hot Spot in the last 14 days; are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test; or any Federal, State or Territorial government has issued restrictions on reasons for leaving your home which do not permit you to visit Crown Sydney, or directions to quarantine or self-isolate which are currently applicable to you, we require you to please defer your visit.

Unlawful compliance with any of these measures will result in not being permitted to enter or remain on the property.
