Crown Sydney VIP Casino Guest Access
Guests of Crown Management (Hotel)
A Crown Towers guest may be granted access to Crown Sydney’s VIP Casino for the period from their hotel check-in registration to 6am the day after check-out if they satisfy the guest application process. Only registered Crown Towers guests of the hotel booking may be given access and access is at Crown’s sole discretion. If you are a guest staying at Crown Towers, please ensure your name is registered as part of the booking to be eligible to apply for VIP Casino access.
To apply for VIP Casino Guest Access on your stay, please visit the VIP Membership Lounge located on level 2 between 2pm and 9.30pm Sunday to Thursday or 12 midday to 11.30pm Friday and Saturday and have with you valid ID in physical form. Digital ID will not be accepted.
Guest Application Process
Prior to accessing the VIP Casino, a Crown Towers guests must apply to be a VIP Casino guest, including:
a) consenting to Crown collecting, recording, storing, using and disclosing their personal information (including image) for identification, security, probity, access, safety and customer service purposes, including conducting a number of identification, security and probity checks as required by law, including Crown’s Operating Obligations;
b) acknowledging that the VIP Casino only offers higher limit gaming, does not offer poker machines and is not open to the general public of New South Wales;
c) confirming their acknowledgement to the terms and conditions of VIP Casino guest entry; and
d) agreeing to comply with the dress standards and conditions of entry.
Crown will reuse the application, and deny access to the VIP Casino, of any person who:
a) is self-excluded, excluded or banned from any property in the Crown Group; or
b) through the requisite probity checks, is classified as not suitable.
Crown reserves the right to refuse an application or access of any person to the VIP Casino at any time and for any reason.
Crown Towers Guests who have satisfied the requirements of the application process will only be granted access to the VIP Casino as a guest after:
a) the probity checks described in the guest application process have been satisfactorily completed and Crown has made a determination, in accordance with its Operating Obligations, that the person may be granted access to the VIP Casino; and
b) the applicant’s name and personal details have been recorded by Crown.
Guests will be issued with a temporary guest card which must be presented on entry to the VIP Casino.
Crown Sydney promotes healthy play and will encourage guests and members to take regular breaks throughout their play.
Crown Sydney may also request that guests leave the casino if they play for extended periods.
