Our commitment to Responsible Gaming

Crown recognises that some of our customers may experience harm through gaming, and we are committed to implementing and continuously developing ways to minimise and prevent those harms. Crown is committed to providing Responsible Gaming services through the provision of awareness, assistance and support to our customers. This includes a dedicated Responsible Gaming Centre staffed  24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Crown offers a range of Responsible Gaming programs and services to help you manage your gaming, including Self Exclusion, Third Party Exclusion, Play Safe Limits, Player Activity Statements and referrals to support services.
