    Gambling Help Online: Gambling Help Online is a program operated by Turning Point Alcohol & Drug Centre. Gambling Help Online is a treatment service for problem gaming, operating since 2000 across Australia, and offers access to online counselling and information services, including a peer support program.     Gambler's Help: Gambler’s Help provides a number of services including online and over the phone to support people with gambling problems and those close to them. The Gambler’s Helpline is a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week professional and confidential telephone counselling and referral service for anyone who would like to know about gaming related problems and how to deal with them. The Gambler’s Helpline can also help arrange free professional face to face counselling.

    GambleAware: The GambleAware website provides a range of information regarding problem gaming, the odds of winning, how gambling works, tips for managing your gaming, when to stop and information about referral options for counselling.

    Alternatively, you may prefer to seek assistance from a psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, medical practitioner or other suitably qualified person. If you would like a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist we recommend making an appointment with your General Practitioner for more information.

    Crown has a dedicated Responsible Gaming (RG) Team on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The RG Team are here to assist customers with their gaming behaviour. They are specially trained in all aspects of Crown’s RG programs and can provide support, assistance and referrals for customers who may be experiencing difficulties controlling their gaming. Our team is here to offer you, your friend or family member advice on all aspects of gaming as well as information on a range of available support services.
