This Sunday series showcases a bold spritz menu curated by Matty Opai, designed to pair perfectly with harbour views and laid-back beats.

Sip on vibrant, seasonal spritzes like the Blood Orange, Yuzu and Coastal, each infused with Papa Salt Gin and Fever-Tree mixers. Enjoy delicious bites and tunes as the sun sets over the harbour.
