    GamblingAware: GambleAware providers in NSW deliver a range of community education, support and counselling services. In addition to general counselling, support services include financial counselling, legal support, multicultural and in-language support and Aboriginal-specific support. GambleAware is funded by the NSW Government, through the Office of Responsible Gambling.     • Free and confidential
    • Available face-to-face, via telephone or video conference
    • Available in over 40 languages
    • A source of useful information and strategies to reduce or stop gambling or assist your loved one 
    • Able to support you through the counselling process and self-exclusion from gambling venues

    GambleAware: The GambleAware website provides a range of information regarding problem gambling, the odds of winning, how gambling works, tips for managing your gambling, when to stop and information about referral options for counselling.

    Where to find us

    Crown has a dedicated Responsible Gaming (RG) Team on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The RG Team are here to assist customers with their gambling behaviour. They are specially trained in all aspects of Crown’s RG programs and can provide support, assistance and referrals for customers who may be experiencing difficulties controlling their gambling. Our team is here to offer you, your friend or family member advice on all aspects of gambling as well as information on a range of available support services.
