    GamblingAware: GambleAware providers in NSW deliver a range of community education, support and counselling services. In addition to general counselling, support services include financial counselling, legal support, multicultural and in-language support and Aboriginal-specific support. GambleAware is funded by the NSW Government, through the Office of Responsible Gambling. To find a counselling service near you in NSW click here. GambleAware is:

    • Free and confidential
    • Available face-to-face, via telephone or video conference
    • Available in over 40 languages
    • A source of useful information and strategies to reduce or stop gambling or assist your loved one 
    • Able to support you through the counselling process and self-exclusion from gambling venues

    For support in your preferred language, you can contact the Multicultural Problem Gambling Service on 1800 856 800 or visit the GambleAware website. Aboriginal people can access free advice and help on 1800 752 948.

    Legal help is also available to anyone by contacting Wesley Community Legal Service by phone on 0429 552 733 or email at Legalhelp@wesleymission.org.au.

    GambleAware: The GambleAware website provides a range of information regarding problem gambling, the odds of winning, how gambling works, tips for managing your gambling, when to stop and information about referral options for counselling.

    GambleAware also offer a 24-hour confidential telephone counselling and referral service for anyone who would like to know about gambling related problems and how to deal with them. For free, confidential advice and support, call GambleAware on:

    Alternatively, you may prefer to seek assistance from a psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, medical practitioner or other suitably qualified person.     Where to find us

    Crown has a dedicated Responsible Gaming (RG) Team on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The RG Team are here to assist customers with their gambling behaviour. They are specially trained in all aspects of Crown’s RG programs and can provide support, assistance and referrals for customers who may be experiencing difficulties controlling their gambling. Our team is here to offer you, your friend or family member advice on all aspects of gambling as well as information on a range of available support services.
