Indulge in an exclusive four-hands dinner with a collaboration between Nobu Dubai and Nobu Sydney.
With a curated seven course omakase menu that unites the culinary brilliance of Chef Damien Duviau of Nobu Dubai and Nobu Sydney’s own Head Chef Harold Hurtada.
The two will showcase their combined over 30 years of Japanese-Peruvian mastery with bold and innovative flavours, exclusively created for the event.
With bespoke dishes including Marron tempura with kalamansi amazu ponzu, Chef's Nigiri specials and Australian wagyu MBS9 with shiitake parsnip puree and yakitori jus.
