Before we close our doors immerse yourself in the refined elegance of authentic Cantonese dining at Silks.
Seasonal specialties honour Chinese culture while textural and vibrant touches from the use of metal lattice, jade and gold combine with an immaculate view of the Barangaroo cityscape from every seat in the house.
For lunch, we offer a Yum Cha menu and for dinner, we offer a full à la carte menu.

Enjoy a modern take on authentic flavours and dishes, where we blend eastern and western cooking techniques with a modern, sophisticated flair that will give you a fresh taste on traditional Cantonese cuisine. Our menu showcases our uncompromising focus on creating an exciting culinary experience by serving locally sourced produce, meats and fresh seafood.
Our Yum Cha menu is available for lunch only. Our A La Carte menu is available for lunch and dinner.
Our $98 and $128 set menus are available for lunch only. Our $198 and $238 set menus are available for both lunch and dinner.

Showcasing an uncompromising focus on high quality, fresh and locally sourced produce, chefs will take guests on a journey of discovery where traditional Chinese cooking methods fuse with contemporary dishes.
Silks will also offer a stylish and unique culinary spin on Yum Cha with meticulously crafted items like scallop and lemon myrtle dumplings, lobster cheong fung and sea urchin dumplings.

Booking policy
Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.
Please be advised for private dining room reservations, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, contact us at +61 2 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.
The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited.
Crown Sydney do not accept minors under 16 years old dining without a parent or guardian.

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us at +612 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided.
For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
