Each winter, Woodcut proudly presents The Producer’s Cut: Manjimup Truffle Season, a seasonal celebration of the rare and exquisite black truffles from Manjimup, Western Australia. Flown in fresh daily from the Southern Forests region, these prized Perigord truffles (Tuber melanosporum) are known for their deep, earthy aroma and rich, savoury flavour. The ultimate luxury ingredient.

Our exclusive truffle menu showcases the best of the season, sourced from Coomer Truffles, a small family-run farm by acclaimed chef David Coomer. Harvested by hand within 48 hours of service, these truffles are hunted by trained dogs and delivered at peak freshness to Woodcut’s kitchen.

Highlights include Steak Tartare with toasted brioche, parmesan, and shaved black truffle and Wood Oven Bread topped with rare Italian Culatta andtruffle dressing. Truffle enhancements are also available for select dishes, including our premium steaks, whole lobster and iconic mac & cheese.
