The Booth family have been harvesting truffles in Western Australia for over a decade, with orchards nestled among the majestic Karri forests. Their orchards feature oak and hazelnut trees, underneath which the truffles flourish in pristine conditions, prized for their depth and aroma.
At Woodcut, these exceptional ingredients are brought to life across a seasonal menu; from indulgent truffle toasties to finely balanced steak tartare to the option to add freshly shaved truffle to your favourite dishes.
Even dessert is reimagined, with toasted bread and truffle soft serve, Malfroy's honey and winter truffle.

A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.
