Join us at a’Mare for an exclusive and intimate dinner with historic Barolo winemaker Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo.
This family run winery is based in La Morra region of Barolo in Piemonte and has been producing wines for generations. Their famous Barolo's are known for their elegance, approachability, and longevity, often displaying violet, sour cherry, and truffle notes.
Seats are extremely limited for this special communal table experience, designed to bring guests together around great wine, food and conversation, while offering the rare opportunity to dine alongside Alberto and explore a catalogue of his wines featuring three aged Barolos including the exceptional 2009 and 2010 vintages of the Enrico VI Barolo.
Enjoy a memorable evening of Italian hospitality by the harbour with a curated 5-course menu, thoughtfully matched to highlight the elegance, depth and tradition of Alberto's highly sought-after and exceptionally rare wines.
Alternatively, for $35 per person, join us at a'Mare's Bar from 5.30pm for an exclusive wine flight. This is an informal chance to share a taste of three wines, selected by Alberto with some of a'Mare's signature snacks. Seats are limited.
