Our menu will feel instantly familiar, with quality that speaks for itself. Classic pasta sauces and traditional pizza combinations are prepared as they should be—simple, honest, and true to tradition. 

The flavours evoke Italy, reminiscent of a neighbourhood pizzeria loved by locals, far from the tourist trail. Yet here, the setting is something truly special. This is how these dishes taste in Italy—now served with a distinctly Sydney backdrop.

Alessandro Pavoni

Chef Alessandro Pavoni’s cooking is a tribute to his Italian roots and the memories that shaped him. With a deep respect for tradition and a passion for fresh, local ingredients, he crafts dishes that are simple, soulful, and unforgettable.

Alongside him, Executive Chef Giuseppe Fuzio, from Andria in Puglia, brings warmth, energy, and authentic southern Italian flair to the kitchen. His passion for flavour-driven, honest cooking shines through every dish.

At Pizza’Mare, Alessandro and Giuseppe invite you to their table, where every dish is made with love, and every guest is treated like family.

For Every Aperitivo

Vista’Mare Snacks & Spritz Bar is your go-to spot for every aperitivo, an intimate space with a generous splash of Italian style. Home to the iconic Campari Seltz Machine (one of only four in the world), it’s a little slice of Milan right here in Sydney.

The menu is centred on cicchetti, traditional small bites from Venice, similar to tapas or pintxos, perfect for sharing with a glass of wine. Explore Andrea’s bespoke cocktail list, including over nine Spritzes, and enjoy the flavours, the vibes, and a true taste of la dolce vita.

Booking policy

Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.

Selection of a set menu is required for groups of 10 or more guests.

Please note there is no BYO of cakes, balloons or alcohol permitted in venue.

Under no circumstances can liquor, glassware, bottles or cans be removed from the licensed premises.

We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email.

The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited.

Crown Sydney do not accept minors under 16 years old dining without a parent or guardian.

Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided. For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

Allergies & dietary requests

Due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients, Crown Sydney cannot guarantee completely allergy-free dining experiences.

Guests must advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
