Booking policy

Bookings are essential and released 2 months in advance online, on the first of every month.

We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email.

CIRQ is an outdoor venue with limited indoor seating capacity and will be impacted by weather conditions. Should the weather condition impact your time at CIRQ, we may not be able to move your reservation indoor. In case of severe weather warning, we will contact you to explore an alternate venue or cancel your reservation.

The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited. 

Group bookings

For bookings of 11 guests or more, please contact Crown Restaurant Reservations at cirqreservations@crownsydney.com.au. For private events and CIRQ exclusive hire, email private.events@crownsydney.com.au.

Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please refer to your confirmation SMS or email for simple adjustment options at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided. For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

Surcharge

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.

Allergies & dietary requests

Due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients, Crown Sydney cannot guarantee completely allergy-free dining experiences. Guests must advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
