Indulge in a distinctly Italian take on the timeless high tea ritual at Vista’Mare, where the sparkling waterside setting of the outdoor terrace sets the scene for a leisurely afternoon.
Gather with friends and linger over a beautifully presented selection of Italian-inspired savouries and sweets, from king salmon vol-au-vent, prosciutto croquettes and spanner crab maritozzo to pistachio bignè, Piedmont hazelnut Baci di Dama and Amalfi lemon tart. Complete the experience with warm scones, seasonal jam and whipped cream, accompanied by your favourite pot of Dilmah tea.

Available from Saturday 17 October, Vista’Mare High Tea is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3.30pm. Bookings are recommended, with walk-ins welcome subject to availability. A 10% Saturday surcharge, 15% Sunday surcharge and applicable public holiday surcharges apply. Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and may change without notice. Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible and should be advised at the time of booking. Alcoholic options are available to guests aged 18 years and over only. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to alter or withdraw the offer at any time.
