A NSW resident may not be subject to the Cooling Off Period where:

a) the NSW resident holds a current Recognised Gaming Facility VIP Tier Membership and produces evidence of such to the satisfaction of Crown; or

A person is not entitled to a review of any action taken or decision made by Crown in respect of that person’s application, Membership or access to the Casino. Crown will not provide reasons for any decision or action taken by Crown in respect of a person’s application, Membership or access to the Casino.

A Member must not give their card to another person or Member for any purpose. A breach of this requirement may result in revocation of Membership.
