With over 27 years’ experience working in kitchens across Hong Kong, Dubai, Bangkok and Shanghai, Crown Sydney’s Culinary Director Sarah Briegel will lead an innovative menu at 88 Noodle that will be produce-driven and changed seasonally.  

Heritage dishes with influences from Shanghai, Singapore and Thailand are integral  to the menu at 88 Noodle all informing the beloved signature dish of handcrafted noodles. Think Biang Biang Mian, Sichuan Cold Noodle, Laksa, Shanghai Beef Noodle Soup and a range of exquisite, barbecued meats. A theatrical open kitchen allows the chefs to take centre stage, with scents of fresh chilli and lemongrass and energy of the woks being tossed delighting every sense.

Booking policy

Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.

Please be advised for private dining room reservations, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, contact us at +61 2 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.

The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited. 

Crown Sydney do not accept minors under 16 years old dining without a parent or guardian.

Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us at +612 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided.

For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

Guests must advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
