Fresh and unique flavours are the focus with everything curated in-house using the finest ingredients. Guests can choose from fresh seafood, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian and other western dishes that showcase the freshest local produce.
To add to the experience, a decadent chocolate fountain feature will be an exciting attraction for guests, with three different flavours to choose from – white, dark and milk.
Boasting prime position with panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and surrounding waters, Epicurean will be equally as entertaining as it is delicious. Guests will be able to watch chefs create mouth-watering dishes before their eyes, with nine live kitchens inside the restaurant bringing all the excitement and theatre of the kitchen into the dining space.
