Explore an abundant spread across every station. Begin with our Cold Seafood selection, featuring Split Whole Western Lobster and a refreshing Lobster & Avocado Salad. Move on to rich, comforting favourites in our Hot and Italian kitchen, from Grilled Florida Lobster with Calabrian chilli butter and classic Lobster Mornay to Lobster Bisque and decadent Lobster Ravioli alla Vodka.
Discover vibrant sushi creations including Yuzu Lobster Gunkan and Spicy Lobster Rolls, alongside bold Asian flavours such as Singaporean-style lobster, Mala butter lobster and Lobster Tempura with ponzu.
