Christmas Dining at a'Mare

Buon Natale! Celebrate Christmas as the Italians do with an extravagant harbourside lunch or dinner at a’Mare.

Dine on specially curated festive menus by Alessandro Pavoni harbourside. Indulge with the a’Mare favourites, from Trofie al pesto pasta, served with pesto of basil, macadamia nuts and pine nuts made tableside or Cotoletta Milanese ‘Elephant ear’ veal cutlet with a grissini crust, semi-dried cherry tomatoes and lemon.

Finish the day with Pavoni’s signature desserts, including Tiramisù al cucchiaio, served the traditional way or experience the exclusive Artisanal Tableside panettone with custard.

Boxing Day Dinner

Booking policy

Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday). An additional service fee of 10% applies to bookings of 10 people or more.

Selection of a set menu is required for groups of 10 or more guests.

Please note there is no BYO of cakes, balloons or alcohol permitted in venue.

Under no circumstances can liquor, glassware, bottles or cans be removed from the licensed premises.

We take note of your table preference; however, table location is subject to change. Your seats will be held for 15 minutes post your reservation booking time. Should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, contact us at +61 2 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation.

The sale or transfer of this reservation is strictly prohibited.

Crown Sydney do not accept minors under 16 years old dining without a parent or guardian.

Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure this reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us at +612 8871 7171 at least 12 hours prior to your reservation, or a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the card provided.

For groups of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

Due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients, Crown Sydney cannot guarantee completely allergy-free dining experiences.

Guests must advise the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
